There are many kinds of honey, the first one is monofloral honey, in other words the honey that comes from a unique flower blossom like acacia, rapeseed and many others you can find here. The second one is the polyfloral honey, this one mixes many flower’s blossom varieties from several different plants. They have different colors depending on the plant species foraged by the bees. Both are available for purchase on our website.

The monofloral honey in bulk we sell is extracted at the end of the honey season by breaking the wax seal and removing the honey by centrifugation. After this, the honey is filtered, in some cases it is also heated in order to remove the yeasts that may be responsible for its deterioration. In some cases the honey may harden due to the crystallization of the sugars.

The extraction of polyfloral honey is done in the same way as for monofloral honey. Our bulk honey comes from Central and Eastern Europe, sold in 290-295 kg net drums, so you can be sure of its quality throughout the transport. We know that for you, the professionals, you need to be assured of having honey of very good quality. This is why we use independent laboratories to analyze the quality of our products

You can write to us if you have any questions, we only sell bulk honey by quotation.
