Once bottled, some products can be prone to hardening due to the crystallization of the sugars.

Due to higher glucose content Orange Blossom honey crystalilizes quickly. Other ingrediet is small amount of caffeine. It’s high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and also antibacterials. It contains hesperetin, naringenin, isorhamnetin quercetin, galangin and luteolin.
Technical parameters
Tastes light with hints of citrus overtones and refreshing sweetness. It has light amber color and it’s usually thick.
